Service Commitment:
Commitment to Schedule: Maintaining your chosen cleaning schedule ensures that you keep your preferred rates. Should you need to take a break, the next cleaning will be charged at the regular rate. Discounted rates will resume with the following cycle if you continue regular service.
Accurate Information: To provide the best service and accurate quotes, please ensure that all information provided is correct. Inaccurate details will result in increased service fees.
Reserve Your Spot: We require a valid credit card on file to reserve your cleaning spot. This secures your place in our schedule and guarantees your preferred rates.
Welcome Back Anytime: Should you need to pause our services, you can resume regular cleanings with one session at the regular price. Your discounted schedule will continue thereafter.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice:
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your cleaning appointment. This 24-hour notice period does not include weekends. For example, to cancel a Monday appointment, please inform us by the preceding Friday. Changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fees.
Same-Day Cancellation Fee: A $30 fee applies to cancellations made on the day of the scheduled appointment. This fee compensates for operational disruptions and lost opportunities to serve other clients.
Consecutive Missed or Canceled Appointments:
If two consecutive appointments are missed or canceled for any reason, your service status will transition to an ‘as-needed’ basis. The discounted rates for recurring services will cease, and future cleanings will be charged at our standard ‘as-needed’ rates. In emergencies, please contact us to discuss possible waivers on a case-by-case basis.
If there is no service for three months, your account will be marked as inactive. To resume regular services, you will need to schedule and complete a new deep clean.
Policy on Unpaid Invoices:
Clients with any unpaid invoices are required to settle these before any future services are scheduled. This policy ensures timely and efficient service for all our clients.

Please ensure you communicate any special cleaning requests or requirements at the time of booking via email or phone. Additional charges may apply for special requests.
Right to Refuse Service: Impeccable Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, or non-compliance with our terms and conditions.
