Q: Do you provide your own supplies?

A: We provide all our cleaning supplies and equipment for all services.

Q: Will my home be cleaned on the same day every time?

A: Yes we will clean on the  same day consistently excluding holidays. When that happens, we will reschedule your cleaning at your convenience.

Q: Will I be charged a fee for a cancellation?

A: No, but we do appreciate a notice in advance.

Q: If I request beds to be made, will I have to pay an upcharge?

 A: No, this task is included in all our services except for changeovers.

Q: Will I be up-charged for cleaning ceiling fans, blinds or baseboards?

We will charge you a one time fee for your first cleaning. You will not be charged for the following services.

Q: Do you work year round or only seasonal?

A: We provide year round and seasonal services.

Q: How frequently can you clean my home?

A: As frequently as you desire. We have customers who ask for a cleaning twice a week. It’s up to you!

Q: I live out of state. Can you maintain my beach house clean during the off season?

A: Absolutely.

Q: Can we request your services as needed?

A: Yes, but we would need to know at last 2 weeks in advance. 

Q: Do you do emergency cleanings?

A: Yes, Monday through Friday during our regular business hours, 8am-5pm. We do charge an emergency cleaning fee.

Q: Can I pay with my credit card?

A: Yes, you can pay your bill online from your desktop computer or smartphone.

Q: Do you charge per job or an hourly rate?

A: We charge on a per job basis since every home is different. We use the in home estimate to give you the most accurate price for your job.
